    Rubicon’s headquarters are in Richmond, CA (2500 Bissell Avenue, Richmond, CA 94803). - Rubicon also operates sites in Berkeley, CA and Hayward, CA.

  2. What type of services does Rubicon provide?
    Rubicon programs comprehensive employment and workforce training services, behavioral health care programs and legal services to nearly 4,000 individuals in the East Bay.

    Rubicon receives funding from both public and private sources. In FY2008-2009, the following breakdowns of support:
    42% - Government Contracts
    38% - Business Revenue
    12% - Service Fee and Earned Incomes
    8% - Private Grants and Contributions

  5. What are social purpose enterprises?
    Staying true to our values, Rubicon Programs values innovation. To further its mission, Rubicon operates social enterprises—businesses owned and managed by the nonprofit organization—that employ and train economically disadvantaged individuals. Revenue from these enterprises contributes to Rubicon’s social programs and integrated services that help people find housing and jobs, handle their finances, obtain legal advice and manage mental illness.
