Shaine is the Project Coordinator for the Rubicon National Social Innovations team. She is excited to apply her service-oriented experience to the field of social innovation. Shaine previously worked for In Home Supportive Services, an agency devoted to helping dependent adults stay in their homes. She was responsible for supervising in-home care workers and coordinating client services. She also has experience working within the Behavioral Health arena coordinating intensive recovery programs.
Shaine has a Bachelors Degree in English from the George Washington University. She actively volunteers through Hands on Bay Area and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
