Rubicon’s Workforce Services assists jobseekers as well as employers in high-growth industries. Workforce Services supports growth industry sectors, like health care and bio-technology, by providing customized work experience and by partnering with local community colleges to provide industry specific vocational skills training. Workforce Services also provides transitional work opportunities that are aligned with Rubicon’s business enterprises: Bakery and Landscape Services.
Workforce Services provides a broad array of job training, career development, job placement, and retention programs serving persons with mental health disabilities, homeless persons, persons transitioning from welfare to work, low-income non-custodial parents, older youth, and other economically disadvantaged county residents.
